Refund and Exchange Policy
No Refunds or Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets, except in cases of event cancellation or significant date changes initiated by the theater. Please verify the performance date, time, and seating before completing your purchase.

In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed automatically to the original form of payment or credit issued for future events.
General Policies
Arrival and Seating: Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the performance starts to allow time for check-in and seating. Latecomers may be asked to wait until a designated break in the performance to be seated, to minimize disruption.

Ticketing: Please make sure you have a valid ticket for the performance, which can be printed or displayed on your mobile device. Tickets cannot be resold without the theater's permission. Noncompliance with theater policies or announcements—whether made during pre-show or included in the PlayactBill—may result in removal from the venue without a refund.

Mobile Devices: Please silence or turn off all mobile devices and refrain from texting during the performance.

Photography: Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the performance to respect the artists and audience members.

Food and Drink: Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the theater.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Playact Theatre). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
